Scope
TACT served as structural engineering consultant to undertake the detailed design of all major and minor structures for the 103 km Gambela–Abobo–Pugnido design-and-build road project in Gambela Regional State. Since the route intersects the Alwero Irrigation Dam, the scope extended to dedicated canal crossing structures.

Conducted detailed structural analysis and analytical strength evaluations to determine which existing structures could be safely retained.
Milestone Reporting
Produced specialized engineering reports, including the Structure Type Selection Report and Detailed Engineering Design Report.

Construction Drawings
Delivered complete detailed design drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings for minor structures (slab and box culverts).
